Artist Statement
My contemporary jewelry investigates the wearable as an object of function and aesthetic. My work is inspired by memory and the desire for its preservation; along with the study of how form and function influence one-another in the way I design a piece and dictate how it's worn. My goal is to evoke others' sense of nostalgia through the transfer of my own memories into a whimsical wearable world.
