Artist Statement
I make linocuts and woodcuts in small editions. Using knives and gouges I carve images into linoleum and wood, and then transfer the images to paper using ink and pressure. While my subject matter is most often figurative, my work reflects a range of influences including fashion, textiles, and athletics.
