Artist Statement
In making my work I use a variety of tools and techniques to achieve a desired outcome. Some as ancient and as simple as a hammer, Other pieces can require machinery as modern and as complex as a fiber optic laser.
My most recent work is heavily inspired by the natural world and our relationship and understanding of it. I use organic forms to create compositions that could be seen in our world on a macro or microscopic level. Through making these pieces, I am adding my contribution to the conversation.
