Artist Statement
As far back as I can remember, I have wanted to be an artist. It is my life and my passion. Clay is the best and most interesting expression of art that I can imagine. The form is the most important part of pots. The surface should work with the form as one and never carry or overpower it. I love the unpredictable nature of firing. I believe every pot holds its own unique personality and still reflects the artist who first gave it life.
