Artist Statement

My father was a professional glass blower my entire life, and after his passing I have inherited his studio. I carry on the traditional family style of glass blowing that I have always participated in. While I have kept some of my father’s product lines alive, I have focused on developing new unique forms. All of my work is conceived in my head, and then directly expressed in glass. I work alone, and enjoy both the physical and mental challenges of glass blowing.
