Artist Statement
The work is influenced by modern design and color harmony and evokes a feeling of energized imagination with an updated modern urban flair, Layers acrylic paint and soft pastel are applied in stages, sometimes covering up previous marks, but the under-painting always affects the end result with the shading and color hue.
