Artist Statement
I am greatly interested in the geometric platonic solid. But the work with geometric forms also may give a cold feeling to spectator for the inanimate images included in it.
To mitigate this feeling, I often integrate the inanimate images with animated ones such as flowers, trees, and other live objects in nature, in order to endow the work with the warm feeling. I use silver, 24k, 22k, 18k, 14k gold with fabrication.
