Artist Statement
My work is observational, drawn from life. Posed figures or scenes drawn in line with charcoal or pencil or painted directly in shapes with watercolor, or a mixture of both. I'm generally interested in where fashion illustration intersects with fine art. I'm interested in portraying style, personality, and mood.
