Artist Statement
Amber Anne pairs figurative ceramic sculptures with sacred and neglected antique pieces to become the vocabulary with which she tells her artistic story. The hand sculpted figures have multiple layers of fired finishes to reflect the time worn surfaces of the antique pieces she uses with them.
