Artist Statement
I make functional stoneware & porcelain objects (often in series). My organic-modern aesthetic combines sculpting, handbuilding & wheel throwing techniques. Unglazed exterior surfaces allow clay's textures & colors to dominate. I inlay & marble porcelain for decorative effects.
