Artist Statement
My work explores the space between beauty, function and femininity though use of figures as well as symbols, such as flowers associated with the feminine. I currently am interested in how my attraction to flower motifs is related to womanhood and the functional aspects of ceramics.
This artist is participating as a member of our New Art, New Artist college student program.
